Lymphocyte Cell Culture Media is a meticulously optimized and screened medium developed by the Zhuhai Beiyin Biotechnology team for the in vitro culture and expansion of human lymphocytes. It is suitable for the research and application of human peripheral blood-derived lymphocytes such as T cells (including CAR-T cells), dendritic cells (DCs), cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells, and natural killer (NK) cells. By adding different cell-stimulating factors, the corresponding lymphocytes can be efficiently and rapidly expanded. It can also be used for culturing functionally differentiated lymphocyte lines, studying signal transduction pathways, and performing applications requiring chemically defined components. Compared with commonly used serum-free lymphocyte media on the market, the main feature of this product is its support for high-density culture. The Serum-Free Lymphocyte Medium can achieve excellent results under serum-free conditions; if conditions permit, appropriate supplementation with human AB serum or platelet lysate (PLT lysate) may yield even superior performance.
