NK Cell Serum-Free Medium is specially designed for in vitro induction and expansion of human NK cells from peripheral blood and cord blood.
This medium is xeno-free, containing no animal-derived components.By supplementing with appropriate cytokines (e.g., IL-2, IL-15) or co-culturing with feeder cells such as K562-mbIL15, it enables highly efficient and rapid activation and expansion of NK cells.
Excellent performance can already be achieved under serum-free conditions.For superior results, supplementation with autologous plasma or AB serum is optional and may further enhance performance.
